can't believe the term break juz flew past me. barely enjoyed much, at least with some fun fieldworks here and there. 2 tests over in a day, another one next week. decided to give myself a whole night break and slack since i am really mentally drained to do anything except to talk to people and do something i like. hk dramas invading my house.
its good talking to karen, someone far away from singapore yet talking to her online often makes me doesn't make me feel tat distant from her afterall. the power of msn.hahas. one and half mths before she returns back! yays. i think a couple more are leaving next sem. sigh.
it was good to have 3 macs breakfasts last week. i juz never get sick of breakfast, makes my day a better one =)
how i wish i am at a beach, like the thailand beaches we were at, hearing the sounds of the waves, feeling relax and enjoying yourself without any burden in you. music is also the cure for now.
can you believe its gonna be october tmr. sigh time really really flies. and i really have no fates with double-decked 151 buses. i missed it twice yesterday and today. hearing geckx asking about fs and stuff, makes me emo again. thinking next year, i will be emo-ing looking at their batch going through fs and enjoying themselves =(
i think i start to believe in fatereally coincidences occurrencesi think its hard to meet someone at the same place at the same time at the particular momentout of the huge crowdnot once but more than tatnot one person but more than tat

its the break but is it really a break? apparently not. i have 6 projects and 3 mid terms to work on. days revolve around project meetings, research, fieldwork etc etc. the only comforting thing is that most of my groupmates are nice, which makes communication much easier and fun too. fieldwork during this break! hope it will be an interesting adventure. at least i don't need to travel back to school- this is the only consolation.
cannot believe that before i can plan anything, proj meetings/fieldworks have already taken up about half of my week? this sucks. really hope i can squeeze some tiny little meetups with those i haven met for ages with our busy schwork, juz some quality time tgt is good enough to make my break a much much happier one. at least i know i am not alone, i know some who are struggling with as many as 5/6 projects, 3/4 /5 midterms also, albeit small numbers. yet encouragement and whining with one another is such a good way to lift up yr moods hearing each other struggles. jia you pple =)
i think i secretly prefer breakfast to supper. hope the breakfast date next week is successful. been hooked on piano soothing songs recently of those songs i played in the past, kind of reminised my good old piano days =)

field trip was quite fun, although the weather was hot and i burnt my feet though. the sun was so scorchingly hot that we were running up the stairs up the mosque with our bare feet. long day walking from chinatown to singapore river to fort canning. at the end of the day, our legs were so tired that we would take any opportunity to sit and don't feel like getting up. i conclude that he can really walk super fast although he looks like he's walking at a similar pace as us.
reminised about fs days, with our cai yen yen shirt, holding a notebook with a pen, walking around with the fs pple. while climbing up the fort canning stairs, xiao ming and i were reminising about the mae hong sot and songkhla days of climbing up the never ending stairs to reach our destination. sometimes i wonder how much physical stamina i had to actually complete climbing up the stairs during the fs days. much thanks to those with me, encouraging. i miss fs =(
did i mention that i juz saw this super pro guy on the tv playing handbells alone with the whole set of bells when usually its a team kinda thing. omg he's damn fast and pro and memory super super good. big eye opener for me, never knew that an individual can actually handle playing so many bells for a song that requires many many notes and rhythm etc. i miss the sounds of handbells.
i need leg massage. i caught the flu again. i hate to be sick. panadol please be my saviour tonight. today don't feel like sunday at all. life is getting busier each day, and everyone is getting busy as well no matter which uni we are in. i miss all of my happy pills whom i haven't met for ages =(

mooncakes festival is coming. i love to eat perhaps due to my sweet tooth. i miss carrying lanterns walking along parks and looking at the full moon, and enjoying my mooncakes. the best thing is tong is inviting me to her mooncake party next week. i guess it will be fun. its been a long while since i last celebrated mid autumn festival. but the bad thing is that it clashes with another thing, hope i can go.
stress is mounting up. six projects. its a mth of lessons already and i think i have gotten old. i feel shagged and tired everytime i reach home.
despite the erratic weather these days, i actually enjoy the times when there is a light cool breeze brushing through you, like natural aircon. not forgetting this weather has resulted in me having flu almost every morning when i wake up.
