tues!whole day out to fufil our successful shopping spree with twin! started our day with half price waffles at gelare plus shopping at marina and bugis plus dinner at swensons plus yummy topless five as our dessert plus wonderful company with twin. it was rather fun! managed to get tops and one pair of shorts again. we were happy girls that day =)
wed evening was a short shopping spree with madam! had dinner at my company at a different venue. we had a fun time laughing and chatting during the entire period. i am very broke now, its time to stop shopping for the time being.
there was no electricity on thurs morning while i was at home. it was a terrible feeling with no fan or aircon to sleep in, stuffy rooms which almost made me suffocated. can't imagine life without electricity or water, sometimes i guess we take things for granted and never appreciate the things around us.

tues early morning was spent with karen whom i haven't met for ages. finally we make time squeezing from her busy schedule after so long! yays.
yummy macs breakfast. reliving childhood lives in the arcade playing games we haven't played for ages. being retarded taking pictures sitting on motorbikes meant for kids. taking stupid photos like we always do when we meet, we donno why too. haha. this was how we spent the precious morning till early afternoon before i had to hurry for work. it was fun no doubt.
i will miss her presence. now after counting, i realised how long we have known each other. seven years is not a short nor long period of time. yet i sincerely hope our seven years of friendship will continue to blossom even though we may be physically separated when she leaves. yet, i shld feel happy for her to be able to travel, her childhood ambition. lol.
thurs:
early morning and afternoon was spent with qianru and tiffany! we finally met after ages. i haven't seen qianru for at least one year plus! omg. time flies. anyway we got to meet up for a short lunch at cafe cartel. their set lunch is indeed not bad i would say and we were so bloated by the time we finished. haha. we chatted quite a long while catching up with one another's lives. of course, we had a short window shopping spree. mango had sales and i badly wanted to try but the queue was so long and i had to rush for work later. despite the short 3 hours that we met, i would say i still enjoyed myself with their company =)
fri:
evening was spent with sheryl! we had a rather successful shopping spree though. hahas. managed to go for mango sale although it was super crowded. we got the same top there and i bought another pair of shorts too! yays. we were trying out dresses at zara too! so fun. dinner was late at our favourite subway once again!
sat evening was spent with jc clique. we had dinner at some ramen shop in suntec. it was rather nice though and i had beef udon.haha. then eight of us left for minds cafe to play board games. the games were rather fun with all the shouting and screaming going on. its been a long while since i last met them so it was a rather fruitful session to see them once again!

tues:today supposed to be a good day to shop after work with twin. but in the end, twin was feeling sleepy and my stomach was in pain and felt so bloated that i didn't even feel like eating dinner. i felt like puking and i think i suffer from indigestion from my super full dinner buffet few days ago. ended up going home earlier than i wanted to so that i could rest. still while waiting for twin, i managed to buy a top! today was not a good day afterall.
wed thurs fri:
after i came back work on wed, i ended up getting the flu virus and not sleeping well in the night, waking up in the middle of the night to eat medicine as i couldn't take it anymore. i spent almost my entire day sleeping though i donno how i managed to still sleep although i slept for like 12 hrs by the time i woke up. its been a long time since i was sick, and it isn't a good feeling afterall.
yes, i decided to visit the doctor since i doubt i am fit to go to work on fri. only after the visit i realised i had a throat infection too and i have to take so many different medicines and rest. this week flew by so quickly and i realised i wasted this week away. i hardly did anything this week fruitful. i realised our long holidays are coming to an end in less than 2 mths. i therefore have decided from next week onwards to make use of everyday fully and try to meet up with friends esp. those whom i hardly get the chance to meet.

met up with darling wy for dinner after our work on thurs at macs since we haven't seen each other for so long and i was free last min! we had a good catch up session as well as window shopping at raffles city and marina square. there were many pretty cards and notebooks which made us rather excited.hahas.saturday was spent with grace and darling wy at marina bay! we decided to do something fun and exciting to kill our boring lives. met up in the early afternoon to prepare for our picnic at the park by going carrefour at ps to shop for food! bought snacks and bread! it was freaking hot by the time we reached and there were hardly any pple flying kites cos its way too early. so lazy us decided to sit under the big tree with shade with our mat, chatting and sitting there until we felt lazy to fly kite till evening time. hahas. ain't our kite cute?lol. its been a long while since we last flew kites so it was rather interesting. poor us were so tired running around due to lack of exercise for a long long while.
when we were dead beat, we left for steamboat buffet nearby! its my first experience eating steamboat outside home so it was quite a cool experience. we were thirsty beyond yr words and it was actually quite fun frying the stuff except its tiring to do everything yourself when u are feeling so tired and it was super hot there making us stink of bbq smell. futhermore, we will so bloated at the very end that we gave up eating the rest. luckily wy's mum sent us back home!
nevertheless, overall today was a fun day with them =)
