met up with twin finally for lunch at pizza hut yesterday! hahas. i love pizzass! lol and the service was really good probably cos we were the only customers. watched movie after so long and the storyline was rather confusing until the end did we figure out wat's going on. hahas.the day ended terrible when i heard tat my grandfather was in serious and critical condition and passed away early this morning. hearing the news, i am really saddened and depressed. ended up tearing. this is my first time encountering such a situation and i am really at loss wat to do except to pray. although i am not very close to him, yet somehow there's still sort of attachment to him. he was a quiet guy yet nice i would say. i will never forget him.
i realised that life is really precious and i should treasure everyone around me.
thanks to karen's encouragement and listening to my problem when i was facing this situation and cheering me up.

this week was quite horrible but ended happy!started off badly on tues with waiting for almost 45 min juz for waiting buses and standing almost the entire journey to schoool in a non-air con bus. rushing up the stairs resulting in me falling down badly with my knees injuried luckily no blood but blue-black painful. super embarrassing to fall down luckily only about 2 ppl were there and i fell so loudly that the guy infront had to turn back to see whether i need help =(
wed tutorial was horrible. was chosen to debate for a topic which i hardly prepared and had to be the last speaker! such a scary experience, never debated in my entire life in such a short period of time. luckily in the end it was quite okay. a good experience at least.
today was a long day yet super slack and sleepy day. tutorial was boring as usual, don understand wat the tutor was talking most of the time. anyway peace, salt and me skipped lect to go our long planned outing to island creamy for teh tarik and apple pie crumble ice cream for me and dinner at some italian restaurant. super full but happy =)

this week was a slack week, ended up with a two day week! hahas.lecture tat we decided to be spontaneous and go after skipping so many, ended up we went there for the first half and left during the break as it was really boring! practically drawing on peace's notes and talking throughout the lecture. i didn't learn anything at all, quite a waste of time to continue sitting there. hahas. our great plan to go island creamy next thurs finallyY can be realised! yippie! i guess the only thing good about school is great company =)
tuition can be quite boring at times. can't wait for next week to be over before tuition stops when the boy starts his exam. thinking of it, teaching is not an easy task afterall. especially with a playful kid. but what can i expect from him since i was like him once when i was in primary school, lazing around the house, watching tv and not studying apparently. at that age i was still ignorant about importance of schoolwork and i think life is actually quite relaxed and good, shld have treasured it more. i didn't even had tuition until primary six. hmmx. guess nowadays parents are more kiasu than ever.
nevertheless, it is quite fun to teach him at times not in the aspect of teaching though, his frequent stoning, saying lame jokes, forcing me to tell him about some interesting stuff that i went through before can be quite interesting sometimes.
i think i am quite an unqualified tutor judging that i forgot almost alot of things we studied in primary school and now i think they learnt slightly more than us! so scary. but i really hope he will improve at least by a little so that my hard work will be paid off.

this week was rather slack!but there was south asia test which was screwed for me since i have no idea wat to write esp. the politics. haiz.anyway today was funnnnn! surprise for darling wy's birthdayyY!
spent our day eating at jacks' place with our unsuccessful surprise cake arrival with a nicce manager's birthday song along with us, walking around buying jellybeans at candy empire, playing at the arcade and chatting in esplanade. despite the not so- much surprise eventually with 'smart' wy but it was still a tremendous effort by grace and me. at least we managed to keep her in the dark of our planning process!
this was wy with her cake! lol

two more presentations and one project due soon! sigh.
