tues:i was happy that i was given off day today for a public holiday cos i can go out instead of working. met up with darling wy and grace early in the morning to go kbox after so long since i last went already. we had a fun time singing our hearts out for our favourite songs and of course the time passed so quickly that its not enough. muz go back there again! went around shopping for their shoes after that and spent the rest of our time sitting down at macs eating and catching up with one another.
on a random note, it just so happens but i realised these coming three weeks consecutively, my off days were on a tues.
OH YES, i checked my application status for nus and i got accepted to my first choice! i am so relieved seriously after the negative thoughts of not receiving any letters lately :D
and i got myself a new hp too! double happiness =)
wed:
it was morning shift today! met up with twin and wenmin to watch spiderman at ps. it was so difficult to get the tickets that i ended up getting the rather late slots and i waited rather long in the queue. but luckily it was worth it cos i thot the movie was quite nice. we had cafe cartel for dinner and chatted till it was time for movie. then the mad rush to the mrt station after the movie ended cos i got to catch the last train.
thurs:
met up with sheryl dearie for dinner after work. we had a great time eating our favourite subway and catching up with one another! it was a fruitful trip as both of us got something at the end of the day! i finally found a nice orange handphone pouch! after that we wanted to go look for clothes or bags at bugis but ended up the place that we wanted to go was closed for renovation. this was followed by sitting at macs chatting with amelia on the hp and chatting till we left home =)
fri:
met up with madam for a short while after our work for supper at macs. hahas. we ended up complaining and grumbling about uni stuff and talking nonsense =)
it really feels good to take a break from work and enjoy yourself with the ones you treasure alot. i am indeed thankful for having these pple i treasure in my life.
