sunday:it was rather crowded for a sunday. and largely everyone thinks its me that brought the crowd cos its usually empty and this happened everytime i was doing bar. hahas. anyway it was the last day of work for wl before he got transferred. i guess i will miss his random singing during work and doing things that really made us laugh. to think of it, he was the one whom made me cry when i just started work. i thot he would be a fierce person, yet never judge a book by its cover, cos he's actually not considered fierce afterall.
i realised that in any f&b line, farewells and transfers among stores is rather common and its part and parcel of working life. it may be a good thing to some, yet a sad thing for another. but i still think its rather sad to leave a familiar environment esp. if you work there very long, leaving and make new friends in a new environment once again.
tues:
once again, met up with madam for long john's breakfast in the morning since she's working in j8 today! we just love breakfast!hahas. it was the first time trying and no doubt i think its quite nice. i shall eat another time again too! after chatting and slacking around j8 looking for sales, i managed to buy a pair of jeans! its been so long i last shopped. shopping with her is always great cos usually we end up buying something as our tastes are similar. i can't wait for great singapore sales to arrive so that we can shop and i bet my pockets will be burnt really soon.
fri:
finally its off day! met up with twin in the early afternoon to take our passport photos for our uni application and off to toastbox after tat though i had lunch. then we left for city hall for shopping spree! it was quite unsuccessful eventually i only bought a pair of earrings from diva. our dinner at nydc was freaking full for me esp. since i forced myself to share another irish cream mudpie with twin apart from my baked pasta before that as she was still hungry.
it was her lucky day! she managed to get her tigger keychain on her first try, nothing bad happened and her bus arrived when she reached bus stop. lol. overall, its great to spend my off day going out and talking rubbish =)
saturday:
it was morning shift today! hardly get to do morning shifts on saturdays so its kind of weird though. overall work was fine except i was rather blur at times that can make my manager mad?hahas. left to meet grace for dinner cum catching up session at somerset! a pity darling wy was sick and was unable to join us. we had pastamania for dinner and its my second consecutive day eating pasta. i had creamy chicken and like usual we used up alot of the cheese! haha. sat there and chatted for a rather long while before going for some window shopping at far east. its been a long while since i visited town and alot of things actually changed.
