i started working.couldn't believe that i actually decided to try working here cos i am like super clumsy in everything i do.
before we started, twin and i had to take injections for typhoid! omg. got a shock! i hate injections which i haven't took so long since p6 for bcg. luckily it wasn't that bad but my arm hurts like mad. reported to work alone and it was really scary knowing nobody at all and some pple don't look friendly.
totally new to this environment is bad. cos i feel so lousy in front of all the pple who works there. suddenly asking me to hold a tray with a hand alone is definitely scary and not easy for me. made so many mistakes these few days and i feel so guilty always! i spilled water on the table as my hands suddenly lost control and shivered! so scary! luckily nothing broke and the customer was super nice not to be angry with me!
of course not mentioning the constant scoldings for mistakes as well although i know learning from my mistakes is important as well if not i will never improve. hopefully things will get better as i get the hang. memorising menus is not an easy chore as well. i feel like i am mugging for exams. sigh.
but none the less, glad that there are also nice colleagues and people i made friends with during these few days although we can't talk much during working times. thanks for those who guided me in the dishes and everything i need to know cos i am really slow, clumsy, forgetful and blur, need time to get everything right. at least i promise i will try to do things more cautiously next time.
things tat brightened my day on day one, was the surprise that i saw ty eating there too when i was reporting for work. so coincident!hahas haven seen her for super super long! second day darling wy passed by and visited me after her work nearby! managed to talk to her since it was my break! day three twin came by after her work specially to give me some cakes she gotten from her branch which i don have! thanks girl! we had a good chat gossiping, complaining and enjoying yummy food. fifth day! zi, phil and amelia and her cousin came to visit and eat here and i served them! hahas. thanks for the surprise! seventh day! twin and wenmin came by and popped by and got some water from me.hahas.
my legs are hurting like mad standing continuously for so long everyday. my toes are swollen and my legs are tired. juz feel like sitting down forever.hahas. i really miss going out with friends although working is like a few days!
